Fit Exercise into Your Routine
Consistency is key when it comes to fitness. To set yourself up for success, it’s essential to find ways to fit exercise into your daily routine. Whether this means waking up earlier to squeeze in a morning workout, scheduling lunch breaks at the gym or getting to the center after work, experiment with different schedules and find what works best for you.
Find Ways to Make Exercise Fun
